THE FOUNDER

Corporate History of the Founder

Since 1992, Olga Amorim da Costa has worked in market of Training and Management of Human Resources in the areas of Behavioral, Leadership, Productivity, Quality and Reengineering of Behavioral and Organizational Processes. She developed and implement their own Methodologies and Techniques with proven success in several Organizations, both at the National and International level. Some of the companies are as follows:

Since 1996 she has also been a Behavioral Trainer in all CENFIM's Training Centers: Porto, Arcos de Valdevez, Torres Vedras; Santarém, Lisboa; Marinha Grande; Peniche; Trofa; Porto; Ermesinde, Oliveira de Azemeis, In her vast curriculum she played the role of Coordinator of the 1st RVCC Center of CENFIM in Arcos de Valdevez.

In 2014, she created the opportunity to design and create her own Company, OLGA AMORIM, LDA, specializing in Behavioral and Organizational Process Reengineering and Human Resources Downsizing with the purpose of helping Organizations / People / Professionals to work effectively (intrinsically and extrinsically) and reach their maximum power of transformation, achieving a high technical and behavioral performance.

The Creation of the Company

The company developed a package of proprietary Methodologies of Behavioral and Organizational Process Reengineering and Development of high performance at the level of Human Resources in the Organization. These innovative tools and techniques allow the Clients, Leaders and Teams, to develop new skills, knowledge and behaviors, capable of getting any professional immediate results, promoting an impact of improvement and deep transformation in the way he produces, interacts and acts in the Organization.

The practical implementation of these methodologies, contribute directly to an immediate improvement of Productivity, Communication and Image (external and internal) of the Organization, activating sequentially and increasingly the indicators of satisfaction, quality and happiness at work / function that the professionals perform and naturally they will mirror in the economic and financial results of the Organization.
